True Scenario
We obtained a listing that was previously on the market for 6 months. When we met with the sellers, they informed us about their previous listing. We looked at the old it as well. While the basics were done, we were able to up the game on the listing. After consulting with the seller, finding out what they loved about living in the home, and the area, we went to work: Ariel Shots, Professionally edited photos, and Video. We pushed this out to the MLS and all major sites.

We not only hosted an Open House, but we pushed the listing out to over 100 agents personally in our offices and searched through our database of over 3000 people to see who would fit the criteria of this listing. Within 10 days, the house was under contract, and our team brought the buyer!

The Long and Short
There are a lot of agents out there, we all can get the job done, however, when looking for an agent, you will want to make sure you are both a good fit. When you interview an agent, you should hope they are interviewing you as well. If there is a feeling that you are not a good fit on both sides, the transaction can feel miserable.
